WHERE IS THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE LOCATED?

Cherry Creek West at 1st Ave and Clayton St. 2500 East First Ave, CO, Denver. 80206.
We are located in the Cherry Creek shopping district, west of Nordstrom and next to Elway's.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The most immersive FRIENDS ^TM Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram- worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

General Admission tickets start at just $32.00 plus taxes and fees. Price may fluctuate around in-demand or "peak" times and dates. Peak Tickets are $42.50 each, plus taxes and fees.

DO YOU OFFER CHILD, STUDENT, MILITARY, OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS

Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS ^TM Experience. Peak tickets for children (ages 4-10) are $34.50 each, plus taxes and fees while peak tickets for students (high school/college ID required), senior citizens (age 55+), and members of the military are $38.50 each, plus taxes and fees. Standard GA tickets for children are $29.00 each, plus taxes and fees and standard GA tickets for students, military, and senior citizens are $32.50 each, plus taxes and fees.

WHAT ARE PEAK TICKETS?

Peak tickets are all day on weekends, opening week, closing week, holidays (Good Friday, Spring Break Week & Memorial Day), and after 5pm on non-holiday weekdays. Standard General admission tickets are non-holiday weekdays tickets before 5pm.

WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?

IF I HAVE EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 IN THE PAST 10 DAYS SHOULD I STILL ATTEND THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?

Guests who have experienced symptoms (even mild symptoms) of COVID-19 in the past 10 days should not attend The FRIENDS^TM Experience . Please reach out to us at Info@FriendsTheExperience. com and our team will work with you to reschedule your visit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF COVID FORCES THE CLOSURE OF THE EXPERIENCE?

While we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and Team, events outside of our control may force the closure of The FRIENDS^TM Experience. If so, we will reschedule any Guest tickets impacted to a new time and date.

Does The FRIENDS ^TM Experience have a code of conduct?

Providing a safe and fun environment for guests is our number one priority. All guests must adhere to our Experience Code of Conduct below.

• Profanity, abusive language and unruly behavior are not permitted
• Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are not permitted on premises
• If you are late or need to reschedule your ticket to another time/date, there is a standby line; if an opening becomes available, we will allow entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, fanny packs or any other container on the premise
• Line jumping is prohibited. Guests who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store
• Guests are required to wear shirts, pants, shoes and face masks
• Guests should not enter if they have a temperature over 100.4oF
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited
• No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE EXPERIENCE?

2 hours of free validated parking is included for ticketed guests. You may park in the lot in front of our space , or travel via ride share or public transit.

IS THERE PARKING?

IS THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE ADA ACCESSIBLE?

We're proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversities, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Of course! The FRIENDS^TM Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time The FRIENDS^TMExperience is open!

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?
